Practises in the area of employment law providing legal advice and assistance in contentious and non contentious matters for both domestic and foreign firms operating in Italy.
In particular, he has, inter alia, over recent years dealt with forms of employment pursuant to Articles. 20 et seq. under Law. 276/2003, and the protection of firms in proceedings for damages related to exposure to asbestos during the working lives of employees.
Works with specialists in company law and taxation in order to provide advice on all employment related matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, spin offs, transfers of business, and related due diligence services, as well as offering advice on the employment law consequences arising out of particular operations.
Provides advice in the drafting codes of corporate conduct, particularly in relation to the application of Legislative Decree 231/2001 on the administrative responsibility of companies, with specific reference to criminal offenses related to safety in the workplace.
Also provides advise in relation to, national and international agency agreements, participating in both the negotiation of the contracts and in the management of any related litigation.

Education

Degree in Law from the University of Padua (110/110).
Doctorate in Employment Law from the University of Padua.

Contract professor of Comparative Law of Labor at the University of Padua, Faculty of Law.
Intensive activity lecturing at seminars on emplouyment law matters for Training Institutes, Centers and Schools.
