From 1988 articles in Florence.
Called to the Bar in 1991 and on the Roll of Attorneys in Florence since that date. In 1993 called to the special Roll of lawyers entitled to practice before the Court of Cassation and other higher courts (National Bar Council in Rome).
1989 : winner of competitive national examination and by Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers appointed an Advocate for the State.
Practices at the Florence Office providing assistance to its clients with respect to issues of administrative, civil and company law, in particular in relation to non contentious matters including the establishment of public/private partnerships, joint ventures, companies and consortia with local authorities, urban transformation entities, and multi-utilities, and including transformation procedures in relation to special public undertakings and in the establishment and management of the privatization of local public services pursuant to Articles. 113, 113 bis and 116 of TUEL , drafting of invitations to tender for public procurement, drafting constitutive documents, regulations, deliberative actions, shareholder agreements, drafting of public entity agreements, contracts and service agreements. General litigation including administrative reviews and appeals (Administrative law court (TAR) Council of State, Court of Public Accounts) and civil and criminal law actions.

Education

1985 - Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law in Florence, with highest academic honours.
2006 - Masters in corporate law and M & A.

Lecturer in Tourism Law at the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of Florence from 1996 to 2002.
President of Board of Directors of the State Academy of Music in Florence.
