The professor. adv. Fabio Dell'Aversana is a 1st level professor of arts and entertainment law at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples.
Author of multiple publications, he is coordinator of the II level master's degree in Scenography and Costume for Cinema organized by the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples. He is president of SIEDAS – Italian Society of Experts in Arts and Entertainment Law and scientific director of the Journal of Arts and Entertainment Law. He recently won, as national coordinator, a PRIN - Research Project of Significant National Interest - 2022 PNRR Call - from the Ministry of University and Research on the topic "The right to beauty between instances of protection and inclusiveness".
