Practises in civil law , mainly in the areas of real estate law , family law, bankruptcy and family assets.
She has participated as a speaker at numerous conferences and has been a lecturer in the Masters level course organized by the University of Genoa ("The law of trusts”) and in the Trusts Course at the School of Professional Training, organized by IPSOA and SYNERGY.
Since its birth in 1994 she has been head of the editorial committee for the monthly journal IMMOBILI & PROPRIETÀ Guida all’amministrazione e alla gestione degli immobili” (
"Real estate & property: guide to the administration of property")
She has published articles on Trust law in “TRUST & ATTIVITÀ FIDUCIARIE” ("Trust & Business Trust"), (Ipsoa) in “RIVISTA del NOTARIATO”("Notaries Journal “)(Giuffre Editore) and in "Professions & Trust" an on-line magazine.
In 2005 she edited the Italian translation of the Laws of Bermuda (The Trusts (Special Provisions) Act 1989 (as amended 1998) and Perpetuities and Accumulation Act 1989 for Ipsoa Editore.
With Maggiori Editor she has published texts in the field of property management and, most recently (in 2006), she co-wrote the book “LA PROTEZIONE DEI PATRIMONI Dagli strumenti tradizionali ai nuovi modelli di segregazione patrimoniale” ("The protection of assets : from traditional instruments to new models of asset segregation." ) .
She recently supervised the production of two volumes published by Giappichelli “TRUST Aspetti sostanziali e applicazioni nel diritto di famiglia e delle persone” (“The Trust :substantive aspects and applications in family law and the laws of persons ") (in 2007) and “TRUSTApplicazioni nel diritto commerciale e azioni a tutela dei diritti in trust” (" TRUSTS: business law applications and measures to protect rights arising from a trust” - in 2008).
Member of the Center for Civil Justice, a group of attorneys, judges and court personnel active in Milan since the early 1990s which reviews and discusses organizational practices with a view to streamlining and accelerating civil actions and which to this end has contributed to the elaboration of a number of protocols dealing with professional ethics, with particular regard to the duties of the Attorney in reviewing matters relating to family issues and child care.
