LS is specialized in public-entity privatization procedures, in which it offers consulting services and assistance to local public entities as well as financial institutions.
Additionally, LS provides assistance to public entities in procedures for the sale of real property assets, shareholdings and other publicly-owned assets, in securitization procedures and, more generally, the improvement of public assets.
