LS's Team of labor lawyers, in particular, offers integrated assistance in every area related to the establishment, management and termination of employment, agency and consultancy relationships, accompanying clients in choosing the most appropriate contract, in the protection of their business by entering into non-competition agreements, in the efficient and proper management of the employment relationships and in the definition of suitable solutions for individual and collective dismissals, also in the context of generational transition.
LS's Team, also considering the social sustainability perspective, is specifically focused on the implementation of efficiency improvement programs and retention strategies, such as MBO incentive plans, welfare plans, smart working regulations, suitable paths for achieving gender equality certification, sustainable mobility, inclusion procedures, stock option plans and expansion contracts.
Furthermore, the labor law team operates in synergy with the other LS divisions, providing its expertise in reorganization and restructuring procedures for corporate crisis, in merger transactions and business or business unit transfers, as well as in corporate governance, with reference to the management of directors relationships.
