LS has gained a wealth of experience in corporate litigation, commercial law, banking, finance and areas more generally related to business law.
In pre-litigation phases, LS offers consulting aimed at assessing the cost and benefits of the choice of proceedings or, alternatively, out-of-court options. Assistance is provided in Italy, EU countries and non-EU countries to foreign clients involved in disputes in Italy and to Italian clients involved in disputes abroad. LS also provides assistance in arbitrations administered by major international organizations or that arise from contractually stipulated arbitration agreements.
